Due to this the inside fat, organs, intestines etc can bulge out on straining. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What are the common sites of Hernia?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are several sites of hernia formation the common ones being the groins (inguinal or femoral hernia), the umbilicus, after previous surgery (incisional hernia), flanks (lumbar) hernia, diaphragm (hiatal hernia) etc. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What are the symptoms of a Hernia?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The symptoms due to a hernia may vary widely.
